American Senior Benefits is the trade name (d/b/a) of Legacy, Wealth, and Estate Planning LLC, a licensed, independent insurance agency based in Cedar Park, Texas. We are committed to operating in full compliance with applicable federal and state insurance laws and regulations.
Independent Agency Status
We are an independent insurance agency. We represent multiple insurance carriers and are not employed by, or exclusively contracted to, any single carrier. The products we discuss are offered through the carriers with which our licensed producers are appointed, and all coverage is subject to each carrier's terms, conditions, and underwriting.
No Government Affiliation
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the federal Medicare program, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Social Security Administration, or any other government agency. State Licensing
Our producers are licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) and by the insurance departments of any other states in which they are appointed to do business. We sell insurance products only in states and lines of authority for which our producers hold an active license and appointment.

You can independently verify the license status of any insurance producer or agency:
